In the truest sense of partnership—and during times of global turbulence—we worked with the Danish Red Cross International leadership group to grow resilient leaders who champion psychological safety and performance. Through a blended learning program, we combined leadership training with team development, grounded in the participants' real-life challenges. The 12-month journey blended deep reflection and practical tools, building shared clarity around roles, expectations, and stakeholders — and enabling individual and team growth in a demanding humanitarian context.

We designed a six-month leadership development program based on the leadership pipeline framework for all leadership levels, with a clear focus on executing strategy through strong leaders. Through a blended learning journey, participants built a solid knowledge foundation, trained essential leadership skills, and received a practical toolbox. By utilizing real-time data from our digital platform, we tailored content to meet participants' needs and supported the adoption of new behaviors. Continuous feedback loops with HR gave them a strong voice with the executive team, while pre- and post-program surveys and a live dashboard tracked progress and ensured implementation across the organization.

We designed a blended learning journey to help Newsec's leaders and project managers lead people through change. The program explored why change is hard, what leaders should focus on, and how to support teams in letting go of old habits and adopting new ones. We co-designed a six-month digital onboarding journey for civil and military personnel, transforming scattered, PowerPoint-heavy processes into a personalized micro-learning experience. The onboarding delivered the right content at the right time, securing compliance, activating tasks, and prompting key conversations. The result was a 50% reduction in ramp-up time, a consistently high-quality onboarding experience across teams, and a positive ripple effect on the (learning) culture.
